San Diego Civic Dance Association Invites You To a Very Special Evening of Dance in the beautiful and historic Casa del Prado Theatre in Balboa Park.

San Diego Civic Dance Companies performing Encore favorites from their critically acclaimed Collage 2021: Moving Through and previews of Collage 2022: We're Back!

Featuring work by Elijah Gibson (Texas based choreographer and founder of Social Movement Contemporary Dance), Karla Puno Garcia (NYC based choreographer most recently seen in Broadways Hamilton), local artists Donna Flournoy, Michael Mizerany, and the talented dance staff of Civic Dance Arts. Collage features various dance styles such as tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, modern, and Musical Theater.

Along with breathtaking costumes and gorgeous theatrical lighting, our professionally trained dancers deliver a show that is certain to impress. Suitable for all ages.

Come experience the power and joy of dance at its finest and help us celebrate our dancers' return to the stage after 18 months of virtual performance events.

For the Health & Safety of our community of dancers, staff, volunteers and audience members, ALL Patrons are required to wear face masks and provide proof of vaccination OR negative COVID-19 test results. SDCDA abides by CDC, state, county & city guidelines for indoor theaters with reduced occupancy seating, cleaning & face mask precautions.

Plan enough time to find parking and be checked into the theater. Show is 70 minutes long with no intermission. Please note that the doors to the theater will close at 7:50pm. No late arrivals will be admitted.
