Vinyasa Yoga

AGES: 18+ | Instructor: Lori Gloeckner & Savannah Hofer
A 60-minute gentle flow yoga. Includes breathing techniques, basic poses, and a short meditation practice. Class ends with several minutes of savasana, the traditional relaxation pose. Dress for movement. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat.

When: Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Cost: $100 in advance; $10/drop-in session

The accessible entrance is on the south side of the western wall of the building (the one facing our parking lot). From the lobby, take the elevator from the ground level to the 1st floor. The ballroom is out the elevtor and to the left three times in quick succession. The office is located to the left and down the hall towards the main front entrance on the 1st floor.
