AcroAsana takes traditional yoga poses and makes them partner endeavors, working in a pair to move the flyer through a challenging vinyasa practice up in the air.
This new material comes from some of the Bay Area's most innovative teachers. Take your practice to the next level (literally!) and see how you can incorporate trust, stability, breath, and strength in ways you never thought possible.
