R(h)um + Tiki Drinks
If you want to learn about rum and all sugarcane based spirits along with how to use them, then this is your class. During this lesson, we will discuss the history of the Caribbean spirit, the rise of the Tiki drink headed by Trader Vic and the glassware and ingredients you'll need to make your favorite tropical cocktails at home or for friends. You will enjoy a tasting of rums as well as making your own Tiki cocktail and learning techniques such as how to execute a proper float and how to add smoke to a drink with what you have in your home.
