We are so happy to invite you to a coming back out party of sorts. Join us for a distanced, Covid-safe concert in our backyard with our friend, Santa Fe songwriter David Berkeley. It's been a long haul without live music or much to celebrate, but at last, we are ready to start again. If you have seen David before at our house then you know, but if you haven't yet, trust us, this will be a beautiful and moving evening of songs and stories in the most intimate and serene settings. During the pandemic, David wrote and released an album called Oh Quiet World. Each of the songs speak to these trying times. So we can think of no better way to mark the progression toward some kind of normal than by bringing David back to sing for us. Space is limited, so get your ticket now. In the spirit of extra caution, please bring your your own drinks and, if you'd like, your own folding chair. Doors will open at 6:30. Music will start at 7.

Santa Fe-based songwriter/author David Berkeley has been called "a musical poet" by San Francisco Chronicle, "a double fantasy of Nick Drake and Donovan" by Rolling Stone, and praised for his "lustrous, melancholy voice" by The New York Times. Berkeley has released seven albums and authored two books. He's been a guest on This American Life and has won the Kerrville New Folk Competition and ASCAPs coveted Johnny Mercer Songwriter Award. Berkeley has opened/toured with Adele, Mumford & Sons, Ray LaMontagne, Billy Bragg, Ben Folds, Don McLean, Dido, Rufus Wainwright, Joseph Arthur, Duncan Sheik, Colin Hay, Nickel Creek and Guster. He has performed on Mountain Stage, World Cafe, WFPKs Live Lunch, XM/Satellite Loft Sessions, Daytrotter, KCRW, WFUV, WXPN, KPFA and many, many more. In addition to his albums, Berkeley has authored two books that pair with two of his albums.
