Linger

In collaboration with the Dickinson College Farm and the Dickinson Department of Theatre and Dance,
Jadyn Brick and Kristen Kim, Theatre & Dance Weiss Prize recipients, present Linger -- a dance piece in the wood lot at the Dickinson Farm! Linger invites you to take a break amongst the wild beauty of the woods. We hope you will breathe, walk, and witness with us as we explore dreams, memories, and the support of trees.

Parking at Spring Meadows Park, 640 W First St, Boiling Springs, PA 17007.

SAFETY:
Please know that the wood lot is a wild space. The ground is uneven, and you will need to walk up a small hill to get there. The entire experience will take about an hour. Audience members should feel comfortable walking a mile on uneven ground. Walking sticks are welcome!
The wood lot is home to many beings, including non-venomous garter snakes, ticks, and poison ivy. We have done our best to clear the space so that snakes stay away from us. They are also generally uninterested in humans and dont want to be near us either. While its unlikely that you will see a snake, its not impossible. Knowing this, we hope you will make the best decision for yourself based on your comfort with snakes.
In order to have the safest experience, we recommend wearing long pants that cover your ankles and comfortable, closed-toe shoes. This will protect you from ticks and poison ivy. We also recommend wearing sunscreen, and/or wearing a hat. The trees provide some cover from the sun, but its patchy.
Lastly, COVID safety measures will be respected at this show. You must wear a mask (not a bandana) and maintain physical distance from the performers and other audience members who are not in your pod or bubble.
