Revolutionary Thinking: Unleash the Power of Your Mind -- Barbara Lane
Some estimate that we use less than 10% of our brain power. What if it was possible to reverse some health challenges through harnessing this power? Self-hypnosis may be the answer.
In this course, we'll explore what hypnosis can and cannot do, what it may be able to do for you, and how you can learn to practice self-hypnosis techniques to improve your health, well-being and happiness.
Our subconscious minds are usually on auto-pilot: controlling our autonomic nervous systems, repeating ingrained patterns and allowing our bodies to fall victim to psychosomatic, emotion-based and stress-related illnesses. With self-hypnosis it may be possible to learn how to retrain your subconscious mind to positively impact your life physically, mentally and emotionally.
You will learn how to use self-hypnosis tools and then have the confidence to use them on an on-going basis to reframe, retool and recharge your life! Come ready to self-reflect, be open to embracing life-enhancing change and using empowerment practices!
Barbara Lane, Ph.D., is a clinical hypnotherapist in private practice in Shell Beach helping to facilitate the release of life-long blocks and the installation of life-enhancing changes. Barbara's clinical work combines a variety of alternative and traditional healing techniques. Trained in intuition, she is also a master of Reiki. This diverse background has made her intimately aware of the mind/body/spirit connection. For over a decade, Barbara was on the staff of the Center for Integrative Medicine, associated with George Washington University hospital.
The author of three books, Barbara has been a guest on numerous radio and television programs throughout the nation. Her work has been featured in newspapers such as the Washington Post and the Philadelphia Inquirer.
