IDENTITY AND PURPOSE: MAKING A CREDIBLE AND COMPELLING BUSINESS CASE AS AN INDEPENDENT ARTIST
This 2-hour participatory Zoom session will be led by Kiz Crosbie, Artistic Director (CEO) of Mortal Fools. Mortal Fools unique training approach draws on practice from the theatre sector, underpinned by research, theory and practice from the social sciences.
The session will include:
Support to clearly articulate your professional purpose - your WHY
Considering WHY, HOW and WHAT your practice involves and how to use this structure to inform business planning as a freelancer
Practical tools to develop your confidence in self-promotion
Links to reports, research and theory to support development of your approach
It is open to members of People Dancing and ArtWorks Alliance. Only 20 places available and bookings open on Friday 21st August.
