The Ballard Elks presents the "SAINTS & SINNERS COSTUME BALL" on Friday, November 1st 2013.

- Spinning the Dance Hits from 7pm-2am

COSTUME CONTEST
- Cash Prizes for BEST COSTUMES !

Cost is $15 per ticket and 100% of the proceeds will go to Ryther Children Center and Elks Child Therapy of Washington.
