Join Katie Packham and Lynell Garfield for a nurturing workshop: Little Altars Everywhere

Lynell will begin the day by working with the expanding moon energy to flow with clearing away old habits and patterns, and bringing inspiration and healing light in through gentle movement and guided meditation, then create healing spa remedies with essential oils to honor OURselves as sacred. Bath salts, sugar scrubs crafted with outrageous plants, blends perfect for relaxing your body and mind. In the afternoon, we will create mosaic altars with Katie.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and sack lunch.

Please note our Cancellation Policy: Preregistration is required for all classes including payment in full. A full refund is available for cancellations up to 7 days before class, half refund 2-7 days before class. No refund within 48 hours of class. If there is a waiting list or you can find someone to fill your spot, we will offer a full refund.

COVID-19 Safety protocol: For the safety of teachers as well as students, we will be requiring anyone in the studio taking classes or shopping, to wear masks and keep their hands clean. Students can go outside to take breaks and get fresh air during class, but must be masked at all times inside the studio. If you anticipate this being too cumbersome please wait to register for a class at a later date when these restrictions are lifted. Classes will be limited to six students as we ease into reopening. Studio and common tools will be sanitized after each workshop.
