Live Zoom Baking Session For Kids And Teens By Teens - Treats By

Treats By Ash is hosting a Live Zoom Baking Session for Teens & Kids Friday at 5:00PM Pacific Time. Treats by Ash is led by Ashleen (age 14) and Taran (Age 6). Also, Jasneet (17) and Taveena(12) help produce and run the Zoom Sessions.

We will be making Strawberry Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes plus having some fun entertainment for you all throughout the 1 Hour Session. We incorporate jokes, trivia, music and more!

For the strawberry cupcake cones
2/3 cup of strawberries
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 cup of milk( if you do not drink milk you can use rice milk)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of unsalted melted butter
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs

For strawberry frosting
1/2 cup of strawberries
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1/4 cup of softened unsalted butter
1/4 cup of shortening(you can also use 1/4 cup of softened butter instead)
2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar

Electric or handheld mixer( you can also use a whisk and a bowl, if you are using a whisk or handheld mixer you will also need a bowl)
