Do you ever wish SOMEONE would do that thing you like /just/ the way you like it? Me too.
And that is how a lot of the best instructors across the region got their start in education! Knowledge Transfer is a class focused on the nature of teaching your passion to others in a way that is both informative and applicable. With a focus on large classroom settings, this course will walk attendees through designing their first class or REdesigning their next one!
Even if you never thought you would teach a class, don't know where to start, or have nothing in mind yet - join us. You never know what you come up with incidentally.
This workshop is 25% Lecture, 50% Practical Application, and 25% Skill Share with the intention of helping each person develop the bare bones outline for teaching their own small class or develop their teaching skills.

Presenter's Bio
boy doriam is a LatinX, Poly, Homosexual, Panromantic, Leatherman and Full-time College student by day, and by night he is ALSO a Full-time college because college is hard.
Active in the lifestyle since 2015, the boy has acted in many capacities for local and regional organizations and currently serves as Co-Headmeister of Ledermore: School of Kinkcraft and Exec. Producer of SCALE Weekend. In 2018 he served as Mr. San Diego Leather and used the platform to begin his teaching career locally, regionally, and nationally; he has since made it his goal to share his passion for the lifestyle at as many events, states, and countries as he can.
boy doriam began as a rope top who then engaged in Power Exchange dynamics which taught him many valuable life lessons. Over the course of his time in the community he has made it his mission
to bring and promote diversity into Leather spaces with his platform, #LetsWalkTogether, which emphasizes "Nobody deserves to feel alone because of something they have no control over". He does this primarily by highlighting People of Color, Transfolk, and Leatherwomen in his teaching, while also drawing from his own background entering White- and Het- dominated spaces early in his journey.
The boy is honored to keep teaching, and has extended his repetoir to include: Knowledge Transfer, Riggers Waltz, Rope for Beginners, Catharsis and Kink, Negotiating Contracts, Designing and Enforcing Protocol, Rope for Capture, Leather in Color (PoC Caucus), Erotic and Erratic Massage, "Be a Good Girl" and Do As Daddy Says (Brat Power Exchange), among others!
