5PM Seating Saturday Supper, March 28th 2020
This month's menu is inspired by the beginning of Spring, featuring a savory beet risotto, edible flowers, a main course of Lan-Roc pork spinalis, and olive oil cake served with poached fruit.
The full menu will be posted on ourbarwa.com/supper one week prior to the event.
Wines provided by local winemaker Vivianne Marks of Ram Cellars will be paired with each course.
The price of this intimate dining experience is $125 which includes wine pairings and gratuity.
To reserve your seat purchase a $25 ticket now. This confirms your reservation for one guest at the 5PM seating and is non-refundable.
The remaining $100 will be charged the evening of the event where there will also be bottles of Ram Cellars wine available for purchase.
Substitutions to the menu are politely declined, however, please inform us of any life-threatening allergies by calling (360) 954-5141 during business hours (M-F 7am to 2pm).
