EVOLUTION Acro Playshop

Welcome to a jam packed day full of AcroYoga at every level!

From 10am-1pm we will have a Beginner/All Level workshop that focuses on the core elements of Acro--a mini bootcamp for bases and flyers.

Then from 3pm-6pm we'll turn up the heat and get into an Intermediate workshop focused on transitions, pops, washing machines, and slackrobatics.

To seal in the sweetness we'll conclude with a bodywork and dessert party, sharing in partner stretching, therapeutic flying, and hopefully lots of chocolate. Come for one, or come for all three!

We need a minimum of 20 students registered across all events, so please pre-register so we can confirm as soon as possible!

Suggested donation for Bodywork&Dessert Party (on-site): $10, and bring a sweet treat to share
