Steel Magnolias

In order to insure the health and safety of our theater community, Appleseed Community Theatre has rescheduled our performance of Steel Magnolias. We welcome the opportunity to support our health professionals and our community during this time.

If you have already purchased tickets for our March dates, we will honor those tickets at any of the May performances or you can get a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Steel Magnolias is a stage play by American writer Robert Harling, based on his experience with his sister's death. The play is a comedy-drama about the bond among a group of Southern women in northwest Louisiana. The title suggests the "female characters are as delicate as magnolias but as tough as steel"

Appleseed's Steel Magnolias will be presented on the stage of the La Crescent High School Fine Arts Center in La Crescent, MN at 7:00 pm on March 27 & 28 and at 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 29.
