2nd Course
Beet & Cucumber Tartare
Roasted beets, fresh cucumber, passionfruit yolk, fine herbs, caper & radish cream

3rd Course
Tabil-Spiced Grilled Lamb Chop
Roasted sunchokes, artichokes, caramelized yogurt, meyer lemon & mint, sumac

4th Course
Lemon Mascarpone Panna Cotta
Mango-saffron gastrique, tahini cookie

Our Guest Chef Dinner Series provides an opportunity for students to work with highly acclaimed industry chefs and are held periodically throughout the school year. These fundraising dinners take place in the Shorewood Culinary Arts classroom and dining room. Money raised at these events fund Culinary Arts education, including the purchase of new kitchen equipment, teaching materials, field trips, student Chef coats and garden supplies.
