Sound Bath Session
A session of healing sounds that create waves of peace, heightened awareness, and relaxation of the body, mind, and spirit. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience. Sound healing aids the mind to become clear, the breath to deepen, and the body to easily relax into balance.
Please bring your own mat (as well as meditation pillow if desired) to ensure maximum comfort during session. Limited mats available, if needed.
