Learn how to protect yourself before it's too late. This interactive workshop will teach you a variety of practical techniques from different martial arts to empower you to protect yourself from several different types of assaults.

Asian fitness sensation Linda Vu is currently offering this seminar in association with Veritas Combat Arts & Fitness Academy.

Working with experts in the fitness, self defense and motivational industries, Linda's team will come to your gym, school or venue to set up an interactive workshop educating your audience with modern day techniques that will inspire, motivate and empower you. Each seminar runs a minimum of one hour with some lasting two or more.

Besides her series in and around Las Vegas, Linda is bringing her Women's Self Defense seminars to the US military stationed around the world including United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Afghanistan.
