FLAMENCO CLASSES FOR ADULTS
This group dance class focuses on enhancing elasticity in the upper body, boosting joint movement, and increasing leg strength through body motion accompanied by flamenco rhythms and music while working on all aspects of flamenco dance technique, castanets, footwork, arm work, and turn. We will take you through the basics of flamenco technique, movement phrases and flamenco rhythms.

Each workshop is carefully designed by the Instituto Cervantes, they are generally held during the afternoon and evening at the Instituto Cervantes throughout fall, winter and spring quarters. Have fun in small class sizes of up to 10 students. See the calendar below for dates and times.
