Over the Rainbow: A Judy Garland Songbook

Born as Frances Gumm in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, Judy Garland went on to become one of the most talented and celebrated singers of the 20th Century. Best known for her role of Dorothy in "The Wizard of Oz," Garland appeared in more than two dozen films in her career including 'Easter Parade," "Summer Stock," and "Meet Me in St. Louis." She also made record-breaking concert appearances, released eight studio albums, and hosted her own television series. One critic wrote that Garland's combination of natural phrasing, elegant delivery, mature pathos and powerful dynamics made her renditions the definitive interpretations. Lundstrum students will perform a wide variety of songs from this repertoire. We can't wait for our students to shine with their vocal talents.

ADMISSION DETAILS: $15.00/ticket before processing fee.

Doors will open at 6:40 PM for general admission seating.
