2020 Factory Monitoring Training for Collegiate Trademark Licensees - University of Arizona
The FLA will continue to host a similar, one-day, factory monitoring training in 2020. The training will enhance licensees approach to managing social compliance assessments and remediation and provide the tools and resources to take ownership of their programs, including those who use third-party providers.
The purpose of the training is to provide collegiate trademark licensing staff with guidance concerning the steps and phases of internal monitoring beginning with preparing for an audit and finishing with post audit remediation. The topic areas include:
- Current social compliance trends
- How to make a Code of Conduct practical
- The process to prepare for an audit
- How to read an audit report
- Next steps after an audit has been completed
