Speaker Biographies:

Heather Frommack, RDN is the Program Manager for the Educational Consultants at Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA). She is a speaker, teacher, writer, encourager and 19-year veteran homeschooling momma having graduated 3 of her 5 children onto college and beyond. Heather loves to inspire others through authenticity, relevance and humor. She is a Registered Dietitian with post-graduate work in fitness, biblical counseling, teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Educational Psychology.
The school of life also enriches her message including world travel to more than 15 countries, designing and remodeling homes (while homeschooling!), moving 15 times, and being a full-time working homeschooling momma. Heather and her husband have five beloved children ranging in age from 24 to 10 years old with the two youngest joyfully adopted from Ethiopia 9 years ago. Shes homeschooled all five of her children calling it, the best and most challenging career Ive ever had.

Emily Gericke, B.S. Neuroscience
A former CHESS student, Emily loved learning so much she decided to study the brain. While at the College of William & Mary, Emily discovered a love for neuroscience and research, and
a curiosity for understanding how people learn, change, and act. Upon graduating in 2018, Emily was awarded the Excellence in Neuroscience award by the faculty for her senior thesis work. She now finds herself leveraging her knowledge of human quirkiness and knack for business as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. She lives with her husband in Washington D.C. in a cute little apartment where they watch lots of Hallmark movies and stay up way too late dreaming up business ideas and discussing theology almost every night.
