Nick Taylor and Aaron Guest Double EP Release

Come celebrate and hang out with Bellingham songwriters and musicians for a double album/EP release show at the Firefly on Jan. 18th 2019.

Nick Taylor and Aaron Guest have each been working on their original tunes with Jeremiah Austin of Royal Purple Recording this past year and are ready to release them!
Both sets will include various musical guests, and both albums will be available in physical form at the concert.

Nick Taylor, a local musician and owner of Bellinghome School of Music and bassist of Mr. Feelgood and the Firm Believers has went out to produce and record his instrumental originals, which feature several talented local musician friends, and were written specifically for his 8 string guitar, a bass/guitar hybrid. Named Live Collaborations, It features 14 musicians and himself playing 7 of Nick's original instrumental groove based tunes. Each song has a different set of musicians on it and it was recorded live with no overdubbing and minimal edits. The music is jazzy, its funky, and also slow and groovy.

Aaron Guest has immersed himself in the Bellingham music scene with a wide range of recording and performance projects over the years (most notably as leader of Polecat) , and through it all, every couple years, he puts out a solo work under the moniker A.guest, in which he writes, records, and produces all his own music. 'All Along' is his most recent work, co-produced and recorded with Jeremiah Austin of Royal Purple Recording.
