West Washington Theatre Fall Production: Arsenic and Old Lace
West Washington Theatre Department and Thespian Troupe 580 will be producing Joseph Kesselring's comedy Arsenic and Old Lace November 15, 16, and 17. In the show, the audience meets two spinster aunts, Abby and Martha Brewster. These ladies have some very unique ideas about how to help those who are elderly and lonely in Brooklyn. Along with the aid of one of their nephews, who believes himself to be Teddy Roosevelt, they fill their cellar with some interesting "guests". When the aunts' other nephews, Mortimor and Jonathan, arrive on the scene, the Brewster household is turned upside down.
