2020 CHICAGO - Food Safety Manager

This class provides ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification and City of Chicago Food Manager Certificate, good for five years, provided class completed and 75% test score.

Due to COVID-19, training is paused until May 12. Class size is limited to ten students in 2020.

$285 includes use of textbook, exam and City of Chicago certificate.

You MUST bring photo ID in order to take exam.

Class & test is all in one day, so 1st timers be sure to get your textbook in advance. After completing registration, email zina@logansquarekitchen.com or text 773-550-9642 to request instructions on where to pick up your textbook. You will return your textbook at the end of class.
