La Fiorita, Solea Wines and Hitchcock Restaurant Group present:
Five course winemaker's dinner with La Fiorita's Natalie Oliveros (lafiorita.com) and Chef Brendan McGill (hitchcockrestaurant.com/group) on Monday, November 4th. This will be the first-ever winemaker's dinner at Bruciato!
Natalie Oliveros, owner and winemaker, will be on hand pouring her Rosso and vintage Brunellos from her fully organic estate vineyards in Montalcino, cellared in an 18th century building in the medieval town of Castelnuovo Abate.
Enjoy these exceptional wines and the rare opportunity to meet the maker with Chef Brendan's 5 course menu, prepared by the Bruciato team, from our Stefano Ferrara wood-fired oven:
