Join us for a relaxing evening of Sound Healing with Cheryl Barker.

This experiential class is for anyone interested in sound meditation experiences. You can awakening the dreams within as well as reduce stress and anxiety! Sound is a powerful medium for every body. You simply come with an open mind and playful spirit to see just how powerful, fun, and joyful sound and sonic meditation can be. In this hour experience we will use tuning forks, aromatherapy, music and your own voice. This is for all that enjoy learning and growing in themselves. Come spend some time expanding and growing individually and as a community.

Cheryl Barker-Sambrano has been a body worker and sound therapist for 20 years. She loves being a companion and working with others to have a greater understanding of how the body, mind and spirit work, which enhances their well being. She has been an instructor with Inner Sound since 2004 and brings great passion and love for music and sound along with empowering all who get on her table and come to the sound meditations. Sound creates expansion and contraction of the human organism which leads to the body finding its way back to homeostasis or rebalancing itself for greater health. She has found sound to be a joyous journey of the soul.

A full refund is available for cancellations up to 7 days before class, half refund 2-7 days before class. No refund within 48 hours of class. If there is a waiting list or you can find someone to fill your spot, we will offer a full refund or credit towards another class.
