Silk Painting with Louise Noel

Join silk artist Louise Noel for a one day journey into the brilliant and joyous realm of silk painting. We will paint a LONG scarf this time! Louise guides students using the Sert (closed fence method of silk painting). An assortment of patterns is available for students to choose from including holiday designs. This session, we will use various resists...dive into vibrant color, play with surface treatments, use alcohol and salt to create texture and movement. Steam setting will be provided for your finished scarves so that you can proudly wear or display your art. Student also goes home with stretcher, additional scarf and inks to make a second scarf! A full refund is available for cancellations up to 7 days before class, half refund 2-7 days before class. No refund within 48 hours of class.
