The menu:
1st Course
Mission figs and fennel with feta and mint
2nd Course
Pumpkin agnolotti with hazelnuts and black butter
3rd Course
Roasted chicken with wild mushrooms, potato and chicory
4th Course
Mochi cake with poached pears and sage whipped cream
**Our Guest Chef Dinner is a student led activity. We are restricted to making menu accommodations for vegetarian requests only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our Guest Chef Dinner Series provides an opportunity for students to work with highly acclaimed industry chefs and are held periodically throughout the school year. These fundraising dinners take place in the Shorewood Culinary Arts classroom and dining room. Money raised at these events fund Culinary Arts education, including the purchase of new kitchen equipment, teaching materials, field trips, student Chef coats and garden supplies.
