Lasenta Lewis-Ellis is the President/CEO of LLE Construction Group, LLC. Her passion and drive to inspire, motivate and encourage others. She also created LLE Consulting which provides Small Business Strategic Development & Consulting; Small, Women, and Minority Business Enterprises (SWMBEs) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Outreach Programs.

Karen R. Jenkins is the President and CEO of KRJ Consulting, LLC. A motivational speaker, author, and financial expert, Karen combines her passion for connecting others to resources and relationship-building with her background in the business and financial industry.
