Palisades Opera Company presents Opera Through the Ages

The Palisades Opera Company will present a program of Opera arias, duets and ensembles that include Baroque, Romantic, Classic and Contemporary music. Opera through the ages takes the listener through a musical journey spanning 300 years. Famous and not so famous selections educate the listener to the different styles of music while the themes of love, politics and intrigue remain the same.

The artists include Jennifer Cece Bellon, Jim Cagle, Ronni Sarrett Lederman, Alex Maldonado, Alvard Mayilyan, Randy Pradera with Christopher Oldfather (accompanist).

This program is a special fundraiser to benefit Central Unitarian Church and will take place in the main sanctuary. A reception with refreshments will follow. Parking is available.

Since 2011 Palisades Opera has been enhancing the cultural life of suburban New York, New Jersey and Connecticut areas with their performances of affordable and accessible classical vocal concerts and full operas.

Central Unitarian Church is a religious community that serves members throughout Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and Rockland counties. Founded over a century ago, the congregation is part of a 450-year-old faith tradition and is a member of the Unitarian Universalist Association.
