The Joys and Benefits of Eating Plant-Based
Whether you are just now starting to consider leaning into a Plant-Based (Vegan) diet, or you are already reaping the benefits, here is a chance to ask those enduring questions.
-Can I get enough protein without eating animal products? -Is it actually possible to have tasty and nutritious plant-based food? -Does broccoli really have protein? -Why do people become vegan? -Is there ever a spiritual reason to eat plant-based?
Questions like these, or anything else that has you curious, are welcomed and encouraged as we consider the benefits and joys of embracing a plant-based diet. Come prepared to ask your questions and be inspired to make a refreshing shift in your life.
This class is $12 but pay-what-you-can options are also available. RSVPs are strongly encouraged! Email andrea.e@tinydiner.com to reserve your space. Ticketing link coming soon!
