The Social Hour Comedy Showcase at The Black Diamond

The Social Hour Comedy Showcase comes to The Black Diamond for this one night only special event, including a tap takeover by One Tree Hard Cider. With headliner JR Berard, featuring Deece Casillas, and hosted by Tony Russell.

Show is only $5 and includes 50% off you first drink, with One Tree Ciders on tap all night long! Come for the drinks and stay for the comedy. Doors open at 7pm and show starts at 8pm. 21+ show.

JR Berard has been delivering his personal, tell-all brand of humor to audiences all over the West Coast and Canada for years. In addition to stand-up comedy, hes also written for actress Elizabeth Banks, is the Executive Editor for the Podaholics Comedy Network, and can be seen in the upcoming season of IFCs hit show, Portlandia.

Deece Casillas grew up in Los Angeles, CA, and began his comedy career over ten years ago doing sketch, improv, and comedy writing. Eventually making his way into stand-up comedy, Deece now lives in Spokane, WA, and you can find him performing as a regular at The Spokane Comedy Club, Tacoma Comedy Club, Jokers Comedy Club, and more. He produces shows across the Northwest as one of the heads of SpoKomedy, is co-host/producer of the Drink N' Debate comedy competition, as well as his weekly podcast, The Social Hour, which was launched in July of 2014. Over his career he's worked with comedy greats such as Whitney Cummings, Mike Epps, Dan Cummins, Chad Daniels, Kyle Kinane, Kevin Smith, Jamie Kennedy, and more. Recently he was voted 2018s Inland NWs Best Comic.

Tony Russell is a Spokane comedy veteran and a regular at The Spokane Comedy Club, as well as co-author of the Kiss the Messenger book series.
