SAAND
Los Angeles based DJ/Producer who breaks all barriers of genre and sounds taps into the melody of the world with rhythm and soul.
SAAND is the creative force and head honcho at Tierra Sounds, a record label featuring some of the most proficient artists in the underground. His ability has amassed a punchy resume of performances that cover some lustrous festivals including Lightning in a Bottle, Woogie Weekend, Gardens of Babylon, Genius Loci, BPM Festival, Chi Wow Wah Town, Guadalupe Valley Fest, and Burning Man among others.
His releases are found riddled across affluent labels that are also pushing the envelope in their own way. Favorites including Sol Selectas, Pipe & Pochet, Exotic Refreshment, Desert Trax, Dream Culture, Lump Records, Dilate, Motek, The Purr, One of a Kind, Capital Heaven, Particles, Petra Recordings, Union Jack, and Beat and Path can all be found highlighting SAAND's work. In addition to having some of the world's biggest DJ's play and feature his music, SAAND has worked with cutting edge artists such as Till Von Sein, Tigerskin, Pezzner, KMLN, Dance Spirit, Powel, BONDI, Uone, Balcazar & Sordo, HearthuG, David Hasert, David Scuba, Raw District, Namito, Ricoshei, Andre Salmon, Kosmas, Derek Marin, Dead Tones, George Vala, Machino, Ashley Wild, Jonny Cruz, and Clayton Steele.
DJing since he was just 13 years old, SAAND has weaved through genres extensively. His musical understanding is masterful in its playfulness. His journey has led him to rock dance floors around the globe, bringing in those worldly sounds that as we know, have the power to unite humanity.
