Self Taping and Submissions Workshop Noon to 3 pm Saturday August 24, 2019

Noon to 3 pm for $50.00

Noon until 12:30 or 1 pm we will have a discussion on Self Taping dos and donts
1 pm until 2:30, we will review not only your slates but all the self-tapes
(bring one self submission for each person) and examine how to improve your next one.
2:30 pm until 3 pm. Review of what we have learned.

You will walk away with:
What to do and what not to do. i.e.,
what to wear, where to look, why you need to look or finish a certain way
What should you self tape with? Phone, camera ???? And why.
Is full shot or a 3 (three) quarter shot or head shot? The frame of the shot.
Who may request self-tapes
How to make your self-tapes the best they can be
What is needed to make the taping value the best using what you already own
Why you need to master the self-tape
Where to self-tape
When to self-tape
Sending the tape

Once you commit to the workshop, by paying for your seat- no later than 48 hours prior to the workshop, you will be sent sides to self-tape on your phone or camera. Or If you have already have a self-taped audition that you did please bring it.

It doesnt matter if you have an android or an I-phone we will play it back on TV for evaluation and adjustments to make it stronger for next time.

If your audition was taped through a Camera, please bring the camera with you with your cords to attach to the television for playback.

RCA cords, (white, yellow and red cords) for camera, will be provided other cords that are not RCA will be your responsibility to bring.

All fees should be paid in full 48 hours prior to class to reserve your seat. If not I cannot send your sides.
My time is limited and I will be out of time. You can still attend and observe for the workshop fee.
