Recording and Mixing a Full Band

Spend two days recording and mixing with The Bickle Brothers Band, an incredible pop/soul five piece. We will cover the entire process from set up to the final mixdown.

On the first day we will record. Learn microphone placement, gain staging, building a headphone mix and everything else you need to record drums, bass, guitar and keys live. We will also overdub vocals and do any necessary editing. See what a real session is like and how to make a great record!

On the second day we will focus entirely on mixing. Follow along with every plugin and mix decision I make to bring out the character of the record. Understand not just what plugins I use, but more importantly, how I decide when to use them.

This class is designed to teach skills and techniques you can take home and use right away. We wont be using any super expensive mics or a ton of channels. Those are not the things that matter. We will learn what really matters when engineering and how to focus on the important things to get great results every time!

Cost : $250 for both days. (Sign up before September 9th for only $200!)

Day 1 (Recording) : October 12th, 11am to 5pm
Day 2 (Mixing) : October 13th, 11am to 4pm
