Ivan & Alyosha is one of the first bands I saw when I moved to Seattle and been one of my favorites ever since. Psyched we're getting to host the frontman, Tim Wilson for an intimate acoustic set!
This show will be in a secret outdoor location and have a campfire feel. We will have s'mores!

Tim Wilson fronts Seattle's Indie folk band Ivan & Alyosha. You've heard his songs in television shows like "Nashville " A Million Little Things , "Bones" and " The Village. For Tim's more recent solo work, the songs are thoughtful, the accompaniment simple, but the connection is real. An active contributor in the Seattle Music Community for more than 15 years, Tim continues to create "gorgeous, swelling, impeccably built songs about love and faith, and perform them with real charm, say's NPR Music."

MORE ABOUT CHATTANOOGA HOUSE SHOWS
A few things to know if you haven't been to one of our house/secret concerts before.
We find talented, professional musicians who are touring across the country. We look for artists who have something special. They may be selling out 1000+ person venues elsewhere and winning music awards, or performed on internationally recognized series like NPR Tiny Desk Concerts, Audiotree Live, or Paste Magazine. For many of them, this is their first or second time in Chattanooga or have only passed through between bigger cities.
Lucky for us, that means we get to see them in an intimate setting and you can be a part of putting our town on the map for hosting/supporting emerging, independent artists.
The audience (aka you!) is just as important to making these shows special. We want a full room of friends, and friends of friends, who enjoy discovering new music, meeting new people, and want to see independent artists thrive. If you're a local musician, we'd also love for you to come and meet fellow artists in other areas so we can create more bridges for our local talent.
Note, these shows are NOT promoted publicly. Please be thoughtful with who you invite.
IMPORTANT
Performances are a listening experience. Please be respectful of the artists, hosts, their home/space, and the neighbors as you come and go. You are also responsible for yourself and your own safety before, at the show, and getting home.
This is a labor of love and appreciate your help in making it as easy on the hosts, artists, and community as possible. You've received an invite because one of us or a friend believes you'll be a part of making this an awesome experience for everyone. If necessary (hopefully it won't be!), anyone jeopardizing that experience may be asked to leave and/or not receive future invitations.

* This is a private home with (very cool) neighbors, but please be mindful when parking and no smoking on premises
