Ailbhe Pascal, co-founder of 1149 Cooperative and the energy behind Fikira Bakery, uses raw vegetables, herbs, and flowers to boost nutrition, flavor and seasonality in whole grain sourdough. We'll get into the messy how-to of making unique loaves, and also practice some advanced shaping techniques Come learn these 201 techniques, and break bread with us!
