What to expect:

In this lively 3.5 Hour Macro Photography Seminar and Demonstration, you will not only learn straight forward, useful information for taking better Macro photos, but for taking better photos in general. An understanding of light and the proper tools are essential to macro photography. Davids approach to these is simple, straight forward, and stresses minimum gear & maximum results.

David will offer the classroom style presentation and live demonstration with real time results being shown, covering tools and techniques to produce stunning macro images. He will cover topics including long exposure macro, constant light and flash, managing color and the all important focus management (DOF).

This will include a complete demonstration of Focus Stacking (with and w/out rails), from set up to finished stack/image!

Your Instructor:

David is an internationally published photographer working in Commercial, Fashion, Beauty, Event, Nature/Macro and Fine Art photography. His work has been published in numerous magazines and publications around the world, as well as being featured in prominent galleries and exhibits. When not busy clicking the shutter button, David offers seminars and workshops on subjects ranging from Studio and Location Lighting, to Color Management and Workflow. David's technical experience and practical approach to location lighting and workflow offers a fresh perspective in a lively atmosphere to photographers of all skill levels.
