FLA Responsible Recruitment Training (Taiwan: Option 1)

The FLA is offering a two-and-a-half day social compliance training on Responsible Recruitment for Taiwanese Suppliers:

Option 1: Mon Sep 30, 9:00am - Wed Oct 2, 12:00pm

The training is a comprehensive course that has been designed to cover the identification and mitigation of unfair recruitment practices. The purpose of the training is to better equip suppliers with the knowledge and skills to help their factories meet international recruitment standards, improve recruiting practices, and put mechanisms into place to ensure fair recruitment practices by third-party agents.

This in-person training is a unique opportunity for an interactive experience and participants are encouraged to ask questions, clarify concerns, and discuss challenges. Enhancing this knowledge within your supply chain will:

1) Improve factory's migrant recruiting policies and procedures and communication with workers on their rights

2) Assist brands in upholding their commitment to responsible recruitment and protecting workers rights

- Day 1: Monday, Sept 30: 9 - 5pm
- Day 2: Tuesday, Oct 1: 9 - 5pm
- Day 2.5: Wednesday, Oct 2: 9 - 12pm

Capacity: Minimum 15 participants, Maximum 30 participants

Language: English with Mandarin translation
