The Second City Chamber Series pays homage to its founder, the late Willa Doppmann, by performing some of her favorite works and premiering a work dedicated to her by SCCS Artistic Director Emeritus, Jerry Kracht.

Over the past two decades, Second City's Young Chamber Players (YCP) has played a vital role in bringing up the next generation of excellent, young musicians. Over the years, the YCP program has introduced hundreds of gifted students to the delights of chamber music through professional coaching and performance opportunities. Come hear this year's selection of talented young chamber musicians in their annual showcase chamber music recital. This year's concert will be particularly stunning due to a special collaboration with singers of the internationally-touring Tacoma Youth Chorus.
NOTE: Please note that this Season subscription does not include the SCCS annual fundraiser on September 8, 2019. We would love to see you there, too! Tickets to the fundraiser can be purchased separately on Brown Paper Tickets.
