Poses & Pints (A Yoga and Beer Experience)

Back by popular demand! Poses & Pints is returning to The Bar on Lynndale led by certified yoga teacher, Jenna Kadlec. Jenna has been teaching a variety of yoga classes for 3 years and this is one of her favorite classes to teach!

Bring a yoga mat and find your way upstairs to The Skybox at The Bar. A limited number of yoga mats are available to individuals who are new to practicing yoga.

This all-levels 60 minute vinyasa style yoga class will help you lengthen and tone your muscles while also allowing you to release tension and stress from your body. New beginners are welcome! Poses & Pints at The Bar is designed to be non-intimidating and FUN!!!

Following each class, redeem your ticket for a domestic pint of your favorite beer (or soda). Stay and enjoy an appetizer or meal from The Bar's delicious menu which includes gluten-free options.

4 Poses & Pints sessions are planned for this upcoming season on the second Monday of each month; June 10, July 8, August 12, and September 9.

No refunds unless circumstances require a class to be canceled.
