Cider School: Tasting & Evaluating
Cider is made like wine, yet often sold like beer. But what is it exactly? How do professionals evaluate different Ciders for technical analysis & description in competitions? Looking at cider through a specific lens may help you discover your next favorite beverage.
Tickets include a flight of four Ciders, table side snacks and the class instructor. Of course, we always end with a special toast from our cellar.
