Roberta's Natural Wine Class

Raw, Natty, Biodynamic, Organic. These are all terms that youve seen to describe wine in recent years.

Come learn more about the fundamentals of natural wine. The class will be dedicated to covering: What "natural wine" means, how these wines are made, where the movement began and the key figures at the forefront today. We will also discuss how these wines work on the table, what makes them unique and food friendly.

In the 2 hr class, Roberta's & Blanca's Wine Director, Kirk Sutherland, will overview the natural wine industry and present 6 wines that will exemplify the best of the best of these low-intervention wines.

This class is ideal for the curious novice wine drinker or for those looking to expand their knowledge and education of natural wines.

Information packets will be provided highlights the wines, regions and maps discussed in class. Cheese, homemade bread and pizza will be served to complement the various wines being tasted.
