Sales Ended! YIN Yoga and Reiki...TOGETHER!

April showers bring lovely Spring flowers. At Daylight Healing Center, April also presents the beautiful practice of Yin and Reiki, together.

Well first move through a slow-paced YIN yoga sequence, holding passive poses close to the earth; notice how your muscles begin to release tension while your mind quiets. Our sequence also includes gentle rotation and movement of joints to help preserve our mobility. Once in Savasana, youll experience Reiki, a spiritual healing art in which universal energy is transferred through Maureen's hands to you, to encourage emotional and physical balance and healing. This is a great way to refresh for Spring!
