Cider School: Wood Aged Ciders
In barrel aging, there is a wide spectrum of intensity of flavor based on the wood to cider ratio and the previous use of the wood (beer, whiskey, wine, etc.). In this class, we will explore these different wooden vessels and gauge their impact on different cider blends. Adventure awaits.
Tickets include a flight a four ciders, tableside snacks and the course instructor. And we always dig into our cellar to find something special for a final toast.
