Courageous Connecting

Courageous Connecting is an invitation to learn and practice skills for creating strong and healthy relationships with people in every part of your life. Drawing from many modalities, we will journey together through a tapestry of skills and practices for maintaining relationships that withstanding conflict and where we can explore new possibilities for creating deep, sustainable, and inspiring connections.

This series is especially aimed at people who live in intentional community and/or work in organizations where the strength and health of the group relationships is central to the health and survival of the groups mission. The culture we live in runs on separation and competition, making it so important to engage in a regular exploration of ways we can come together, stick together and not let bad habits tear us apart.

WHEN: Sunday, March 10, 1-6pm (please arrive between 12:45-1pm so we can start on time)

WHERE: a private home in Baltimore, MD

COST: A contribution of $45 is requested. (Contact the organizers if that amount is prohibitive.)

She is dedicated to approaches that integrate the wisdom of mind, heart and spirit to help groups and individuals navigate through stuck places and relational challenges. She is passionate about teaching and sharing skills to help people skillfully manage difficult emotions, communicate needs and desires with clarity, and navigate difficult conversations.
