Surviving Parenthood Today!
Hey, parents of pre-school/elementary kids! Does your home feel like a theme park with a host of characters and a roller-coaster of emotions? Are you having trouble finding balance between raising your kiddos while doing everything else?
Lets work together to create our own little village of support! Come to our DYNAMIC MEETING OF THE MINDS to:
~Learn techniques for reducing stress your own and within your home
~Share child-rearing strategies and solutions That Actually Work, in a safe, supporting, and upbeat environment
~Learn new ways to work with your kids, supporting their tender hearts along the way
Elizabeth Stewart of Guided Alignment will facilitate this meetup. She makes a living helping individuals release stress and increase joy in their lives. Her 4 and 6 year olds also teach her, daily, and she wants to help YOU to SUCCEED!
