Marc Fleischman is a corporate attorney who has been negotiating national and international business transactions since 1983. He graduated from the Pace Law School in 1980, where he was a member of the Law Review. He then began practicing law at Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine in New York and was admitted as a partner in its Los Angeles office in 1989. In 1991, Marc became the General Counsel of World Minerals Inc., an international industrial minerals company. While there he negotiated acquisitions and joint ventures in eleven different countries. From 2005 to 2015, Marc was an Adjunct Professor of Business in both the undergraduate and graduate business programs at SBB College in Santa Barbara, California. He has taught numerous seminars in negotiation strategy. He will be speaking about the role of personality type in Getting to Yes in business and social negotiation.
Marc has been a member of Rotary since 2010 and is Past President of the Montecito Rotary Club in Montecito, California.
