Great Smoky Mountain Hot Air Balloon Festival
Join us for a summertime spectacle, when several professional balloonist light up the evening sky with a beautiful balloon glow. The sky will be filled with a spectrum of color like never before, against a backdrop of a breathtaking Tennessee sunset.

Parking in advance is 20.00, 25.00 the day of the event. The festival entrance is free.
This is a RAIN OR SHINE event. The event will proceed as planned and no refunds for advance purchases on parking are offered.

Family fun event with lots of activities to keep everyone happy and busy. Music, Rock Climbing, Kid's Activities and Clogging Demonstrations.
At Dusk, grab a seat and enjoy the BALLOON GLOW SHOW.
Food Truck & Concessions
Great local food trucks will be on hand to serve whatever craving you may have.
Draft Beer Tent
Relax with an Ice Cold Beer while taking in the beauty of the festival. Nothing better on a summer day!
Nine Lakes Wine Country Wine Tasting
Tickets for the wine tasting will be available on site for only $10.00 and include a commemorative wine glass and six compartment wine tote with purchase.
The wine garden will be open starting at 3 PM going until 9 PM in the evening. Taste samples and purchase wines by the bottle or by the case.

Due to our mountain location, not all cell phone carriers have service in our area. In order to easily access your parking pass when arriving, Please take a screen shot of your mobile ticket bar code and save it to your phone.
******IMPORTANT TETHERED RIDE AND REFUND INFORMATION!******
Tethered rides are dependent on weather. In the unlikely case the balloons are not permitted to fly, our tethered ride guests will be refunded for their purchase after the close of the event. They may also use their tickets for food, beverage or merchandise at the festival if they desire.
